Football stadiums where national or international matches are played are required to undergo an annual inspection for stability and safety. Since the Royal Decree of 2013, clear regulations have been established for the inspection of a football stadium, including the requirement that inspections must be carried out by an independent and therefore objective construction expert who has been pre-approved. <\/p>\n
